Return Policy


Our aim is to provide the best service that you can experience with no regret. Therefore, our friendly- return policy is applied to help you feel more comfortable and convenient when shopping in KidSmile.

Cancellation of Order:

After receiving your payment, we normally process your Order within 2 business days to ship your Products. If you cancel your Order before it is shipped, we will refund full of your payment. However, if your Product is already shipped, cancellation of Order will be solved as return due to change of mind, a restocking fee will be charged. Please track your Order in the Website or contact us to know your Order’s status.  


Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about the purchase you have made with us and you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, KidSmile will accept your return as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned in a saleable condition.

  • The item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tag attached.

  • The item is return within 7 days after receiving.

  • Proof of purchase e.g: receipt, order confirmation, packing slip, credit card statement, is provided.

  • Please notice: Voucher is non returnable..

If all conditions above are met, you can return your Order. Please keep in mind that restocking fee for return due to change of mind will be charged.



Damaged or faulty returns:

Once your Product is received, you must inspect and test the Products and ensure the Product delivered match your Order. In the unlikely event that your Product delivered damaged or faulty, please contact KidSmile as soon as possible for a replacement (if available), or full refund. You may be required to send us images of the damages for further assessment.


We will not refund or replace a product that has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.


You will need to return the Product within 30 days and there is no restocking fee charged in this situation.

Please do not attempt to return the Products before speaking to one of our Customer Service Staffs (you may be responsible for any return fee if you do so).



Return steps:


  1. Complete the online return form for each parcel you are returning. Please notice that if you want just want to return a part of your Order, this is not necessary to return all the Order.



    While completing the form, you will be required to provide us the detail of your Order, reason for returning, etc

  2. After your form is received, our Customer Service Staff will contact wil you (by both email and phone number) for further arrangement.

  3. You can return small items for free using post office. Please check the size and weight restrictions in Australia Post Size & Weight Guidelines before returning your Products.

  4. For bulk items, we will help you to organise your return.

  5. Once we receive the returned items, the refund will be applied to the card that you used to make the payment. This process may take few business days to complete.
